There was gridlock on a stretch of the southbound Taconic State Parkway during much of the Friday morning commute after a crash that took out the right lane.
The crash occurred between Bryant Pond Road in Putnam Valley and the Westchester/Putnam line, with stopped traffic at the scene and stop-and-go delays to Peekskill Hollow Road at 8 a.m.
The lane reopened around 9 a.m.
